At SSL Chef, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds for SSL certificate purchases under certain conditions, as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are only available for SSL certificates that have not yet been issued or activated.
  • If a certificate has been issued but not yet installed, you may still be eligible for a refund, subject to the Certificate Authority’s (CA) policies.
  • Once a certificate has been installed or used, refunds are generally not available.
  • Renewal purchases are subject to the same refund conditions as new purchases.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at SSLChef Support with your order details.
  • We will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund according to the CA’s policies.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the CA.

4. Third-Party Certificate Authorities

SSL Chef resells SSL certificates from third-party Certificate Authorities. All refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective CA. In some cases, additional documentation or steps may be required.
