SSL Chef provides tools for purchasing, monitoring, managing, and installing SSL certificates for domains and related services. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including domain ownership and contact details.

4. SSL Certificates

  • SSL certificates are issued by third-party Certificate Authorities (CAs). SSL Chef is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by CAs.
  • You are responsible for renewing your certificates before they expire. SSL Chef provides reminders but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective CA.

5. Limitation of Liability

SSL Chef is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, security breaches, or downtime.

6. Modifications to Service or Terms

SSL Chef reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
